What I liked

I have recently been a day patient.

Everything about the experience was magnificent:

a) the booking system through my GP worked very well;

b) the appointments I had prior to my operation were all on time;

c) the pre-operative assessment was excellent;

d) I met the team who carried out my procedure prior to the operation;

e) staff on the day care unit were excellent;

f) all the paperwork I received was informative and answered all my questions;

g) throughout I was treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism.
