What I liked
I was accompanying a patient - very struck with the general helpfulness of all staff, their communication with each other and with other patients/visitors, the cleanliness of the hospital in all areas I visited. The 3rd Floor League of Friends tea shop and the ground floor cafe. Overall, this was an interesting visit and the most positve experience at any hospital (NHs and private) that I have had.
What could be improved
Cannot think of anything.
