"Walking without pain or walking sticks"

I was suffering badly from sciatica needing two walking sticks to get around. Doctor Eltaji from the Cedars medical centre had X-rays done at the hospital in Crewe and sent me off to the physio at the Radway Green Site.

The physiotherapist was Mr Chris Smith. What a man! After three visits, over 4 weeks, he had located the problem relieved the pain and now, thanks to his instructions on the specific exercises I have to do and his initial expert manipulation of leg muscles, I am walking without pain or walking sticks.
