Anything else?
Having three small children and living in Edenbridge, we have visited the Minor Injuries unit a few times over the last 7 years with various bumps, knocks etc. The most serious when when our 2-year swallowed a wasp and started having breathing difficulties. By the time my wife rushed her down from Marlpit Hill to the hospital our little one was turning blue and struggling. The staff at the MIU unblocked my daughters airway (wasp stuck in throat), gave her some adrenaline and she was as right as rain. Thank heavens for the local unit - if we had had to get over to Tunbridge Wells or East Surrey it might have been a lot more serious.
