"Best Care ever!!"

I was in and out of Cedar ward between Feb and Mar 2013 until a consultant came and decided they needed to keep me in till the birth of my baby. It wasn't the same as being at home obviously but I must say I received the best care ever!! The staff were friendly and did all they could to make sure I was comfortable and the reassurance I got about my pregnancy and birth going well was great. I had an elective c-sect and thanks to all the wonderful staff and the reassurance, I was confident all was going to go well in the theatre and it did! My baby came 6 weeks early, was in SCBU for 2 weeks and again the staff there were all amazing!! I must say, thank you to all the Triage, Cedar and SCBU staff (especially Cedar) because of your wonderful work and caring hearts, you motivated me into a career change. Straight from Business School with a degree in Business Management, I now wish to study midwifery! Since I've been out of hosp, I've been reading and studying about the course and so far I'm loving it. Hopefully il be starting another 3 years in University from Sept 2014 studying my new career which I was motivated in to by the staff in Cedar ward. Keep up the great work girls!!
