Anything else?
Whilst sitting in orthopaedics waiting to be called for my appointment I first of all overheard two nurses discussing how grossly fat a patient was, her name was not mentioned but it made me wonder what they might say about me behind my back. Then I saw some "high ups" in spikey heels and suits being walked round the place and shown what was going on - none of them bothered to speak to any of the patients but spent quite a bit of time talking to the staff who seemed to be more bothered about their bosses than the patients. I had to wait 54 minutes past my appointment time and then when I did see the doctor she was speaking to a point about 6 inches left of my head all the time. Felt like an object not a person.
"Would not want to be treated here again"
