"Disappointing service from receptionist"

Its a shame when you arrive somewhere in need of help and from the moment you get in you feel like you are putting the receptionist out just by being there (when we arrived the waiting room was empty.) the receptionist was just not helpful at all and also had quite a bad attitude. Unfortunately the procedure of who to see when wasn't made very clear to us, we had seen the consultant, had an X-ray and then had a cast put on but then no one seemed to know what we needed to do then. When I asked the receptionist to help she just said to sit down and wait. 50 mins later we realised no one knew we were even waiting. With a baby and 3 yr old to keep entertained this is just not acceptable. I don't mind waiting if their is a queue of people but when it's just due to an unhelpful receptionist it's time to complain!
