What I liked

We hadnt used Cannock hospital before, but on a Sunday evening we needed to visit the minor injuries dept. We would like to say the care shown to us from the receptionist and the minor injuries staff was first class and a credit to the hospital.

What could be improved

Just keep up the good work as we all hear the negative things about the NHS but your service was first class.
