Anything else?
The waiting time at the hospital was dreadful. We were waiting for 2 and half hours. I'm not sure why my father was called at 8am and didn't get seen till 10.30am. The waiting area was busy. They could of called certain amount of people early and told the rest of us later in the letter, taking account the shortage of beds. They need to operate a faster service. Also only see patients at the time stated on the letter not 2 hours later. My father had to come and wait again. If you have been called then that should be it, not sent backwards and forwards of waiting. In addition, there should be adequate tea and coffee machines in the. Waiting room esp. If you been waiting nearly 3 hours without a drink and diabetic. It's ridiculous having a sign saying no drinks or food in the waiting area. We are not happy with this hospital.
