(as the patient),

After visiting Inclusion Matters following a recent referral from my doctor, I met my therapist Hannah.

She listened to all of my problems, and talked through various ways of dealing with each of them.

Be it with a list, or just organising situations and being proactive, not reactive. It has been a very positive service for me, I can deal better with situations when they arise, and in general I feel in a better position knowing I can tackle these issues.

Thank you Hannah - so much! !
