"I am now on the road to a better and calmer way of life"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

Before being referred to Inclusion Matters I had a lot of different issues, I. e: depression, stress, anxiety and PTSD, which I had only been experiencing for about 15 months.

I was a bit worried and embarrassed having to explain my problems to a complete stranger. However on meeting my therapist, she made me feel at ease in opening up.

Her technique for my therapy has been a very big factor in my well being.

I am now on the road to a better and calmer way of life. : )

Dear Lawn247

Thank you very much for letting us know about your experience.

I know a lot of people feel similarly about starting therapy, it clearly can be a difficult decision to make but I hope your story helps others realise that it may well be worthwhile.

I am really glad you are now moving forwards from the bad time you have been through and pleased that IML were able to support you in doing so.

I wish you all the very best with your much deseved calmer way of life!

Kind regards

Heather
