My daughter was an in patient and was given ECG,blood tests and a CT scan. As parents we were there. The highest level of service has to be the medical treatment, which was exemplary and the staff all gave excellent care and explained the situation that was faced. Added to that was the care of staff who kept in touch and offered tea and sandwiches as we arrived unprepared for the wait. I cannot speak highly enough of all staff.
