I would just like to express our sincere thanks for the outstanding service we received at the A & E Department last Friday evening. My elderly auntie who suffers with dementia had a swollen finger and as a result a ring was stuck. The Staff Nurse immediately recognised my aunt's personal difficulties and took her straight through to a private room so we didn't have to sit in the main waiting area, as this would have caused my aunt considerable anxiety. I must apologise I can't remember the names of the other members of staff that were involved in her treatment in particular a student nurse, but they all treated my aunt with the utmost dignity and respect. Well Done!!
