"Staff nice but attention to detail Seems very poor"

Put in bed that another person had been in but not changed or clean. Got the day wrong about when the patient arrived.

Kept trying to give tablets to patient when the patient could not swallow without being sick, even when doctors said should not be given anything my mouth. Patient told would be note on record that she refused medicine. After relative spoke to doctor another note added to record that should not be given by mouth.

Patient given a blood test that may have been meant for another patient in the next bed. Patient chart misplaced. Nurses unable to get a drip in patient's arms, still waiting 4 hours + to get this sorted: " it is the weekend".
