Having been referred by the Luton Treatment Centre the previous day for a appointment at the L & D Hospital today for 8.30am. I arrived at 8.00am so as to miss the traffic. As soon as I arrived I was told where to get changed ready for an ultrasound scan. As soon as I was changed I was taken into the scanning room and was told what was about to take place. this was dealt with in a very competent manner. When it was finished I was told a report would be sent to my doctor and that I could take it with me. I left at about 8.30am. I thought I was treated very well and informed in the best manner throughout by all concerned. Thank you.
