What could be improved
I have been calling a very sick friend at his bedside. Every time I call, I get over a minutes' worth of junk chat, telling me things I know well already. At 49p. per minute, this really is a gross move to earn money.
Pls. tell me how I can override this extraneous information. Thank you.
