Despite the immediacy of my treatment, everything was done to ensure that the surgery was scheduled quickly and efficiently. From reception to ward to theatre and back to ward, everyone has a very high standard and is both professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained at each step of the way. Minor issues with day nurse on my last morning, but everyone has an off-day. This by no means reflects on the rest of the stay, which was perfection.
