Anything else?
June this year I was taken to hospital by ambulance, I was severely dehydrated and malnourished and I was in a mild Crohn's flare, when I arrived at A&E all the staff there were brilliant I was seen to really quickly. I was in for only 3 days but in those 3 days I was moved for different wards first 3 wards (can't remember the names) where brilliant staff were all really lovely and I was happy, but when I moved to the Tolgus ward it was completely different, nearly all the staff there definitely had attitude not a nice attitude a bad attitude, the doctor who came around didn't give me enough information to what was going to happen he seemed like he was in his own planet not really paying attention to what's going on, the staff don't get to you quick enough when you press the call button as well as having an attitude they approach you with an attitude. The cleanliness and hygiene was quite good and a few of the staff had a really nice attitude and approach.
"A&E services brilliant Tolgus ward big NO NO"
