Had to go day surgery on the 12 nov nothing exsplained staff were invisible or may aswell of been very unpleasant staff doctor didn't feel he had to exsplain anything to me or the need to be polite sat in waiting room no bigger than a shoebox for7 hrs my belongings put in ward next to a bed I did not get to the bed till 5.30 pm out the main doors and home by 6.15 afther a full anastectic im a dog owner I would be very concerned if I had to send my dog there in fact not a chance
