I was referred by my GP with a painful eye condition. My first appointment was just within the acceptable target time. This was cancelled. I received another appointment for 4 weeks later, this was cancelled 13 hours before the appointment. I told the department not to bother to send further appointments. What's the point? They only cancel them. Even when I tried to e-mail the department, the e-mail came straight back marked "Could not deliver your email"
