My wife was admitted in Queen Charlotte hospital for major surgery. From the start to her return home the whole experience was one of competence, surgical skill and respect. Her surgeon was fantastic, the nursing staff the epitome of what nursing and the NHS should be about. Our thanks are not enough to give these dedicated people the accolades they are entitled to. The cleanliness of the ward, the menu and presentation of the meals, the friendliness of the staff all made for a smooth experience for her. The only thing left to say is Thank You All so very much.
