Absolute disgrace from start to finish mother in law admitted after major stroke (which they only told us weeks later) staff seemed not to know and afraid to talk, only found out details during discharge assessment, which seemed rushed.. then passed to discharge ward before ready stayed for a week then passed to another ward where my wife found her mother deceased at visiting times ... you couldnt write it!
