About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was very surprised how quickly my doctor got me referred to see a specialist.

I had my appointment at the Fracture Clinic in November and I was surprised that I didn't have to wait long to be seen.

I was treated excellent, everything was thoroughly explained, and I am having my knee replacement done in early spring, which I again was surprised as I expected a lot longer wait.

I had to go down for another x-ray on my leg and a lovely nurse took me there.

Top marks for all the staff and the way I was treated at the Fracture Clinic. They were very busy, but you couldn't fault them.

PS: The lady on the phone who offered me the appointment was extremely helpful, kind and very pleasant.
