What I liked
I liked going home after all my agony was over, and when i was finally seen after 5 hours in Triage.
I also liked switching to Whittington Hospital after North Mid cancelled my Endoscopy appointment for the 6th time since February 2008.
What could be improved
They are doing well to refurbish but their staff and attitudes need a major overhaul as well. I've never been treated with such contempt in a hospital before.
