I went in on 14th Nov for knee op feeling very nervous but was soon made comfortable theatre staff were exemperly in their expertise and care talking through every procedure that has to happen.I was made to feel special and individual for my own needs I could not fault them After the op I was on Elm ward and the care I received was again without fault the nurseing staff were very attentive always there when you needed them so thank you staff in Queens Elizabeth hospital for a new knee. Cherry Cunningham Little Fransham
