Very satisfactory response and I was impressed by the speed of which my initial appointment with the ENT department was made.

After this appointment I quickly received the dates for 3 follow-up scans - all at the PRH. Staff were pleasant.

To summarise - so far, I have found the whole referral system for my present medical condition to be an excellent experience.
