I was referred to the specialist cancer clinic for suspected ovarian cancer ? Endometriosis. The Consultant and junior doctor were lovely. They gave me time to ask questions and we're reassuring. I had my preoperative assessment on the same day. This was good so I don't have to travel. The only downside was the waiting. First to be seen by the Consultant and then for the preoperative assessment. However, my overall experience was very positive. I'm having surgery here in the near future.
