Both myself and my husband have had cause to use the services of Hillingdon Hospital over the last year. First my husband had to be admitted via the GP service and A&E for abdominal surgery about a year ago, then this summer I was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer at a routine mammogram. We would both like to express our appreciation for the excellent care and attention we have recieved. Everyone has been unfailingly kind and helpful and the treatment we recieved was of an excellent standard. In my own case in particular everything was explained to me clearly and I was given the oportunity to express an opinion about treatment options. I knew who to contact with any questions and felt fully supported throughout the entire process. Yes there was sometimes a long wait in clinic but I really couldn't fault anything else. So thank you one and all for making a traumatic experience as OK as it could possibly be. Naturally I hope never to need your services again but if I did I would feel confident that i was in good hands.
