I had to attend A&E. At the royal free yesterday 14/11/13. I had an eye problem and was sent to the ophthalmology department .I did have to wait for a while, but when talked to a receptionist he ensured that my notes were found quickly and that I was seen as soon as possible. His attitude and professionalism was exemplary. I am a nurse and a patient. If he treats all patients as I was treated, he is definitely a staff member who gives the NHS a good name.
