I was very impressed with the structure of my treatment. I drew much confidence knowing how obviously well researched and tested the techniques used to help me turn myself round were. I was especially impressed with my therapist Jai.

As you point out the treatments we provide are structured and well researched and all of which are approved by NICE guidelines. I'm pleased to hear that you benefited from this approach.
