The ambulance service has been superb for me. I am aged 67 and live alone.
When I fractured my ankle/foot and rang 999, they came extremely quickly. A week later they brought me home from hospital in July 2013.
Since then I have had to go to various hospital departments at Stoke, Wycombe and Amersham to see 3 different consultants. Each time the ambulance service takes me and brings me home.
The staff are efficient, helpful, kind and reliable. Excellent service. I hope it doesn't change.
