"Don't think they believe me"

About: St Johns Centre / St John's Day Unit

(as the patient),

I have been going here from late September. They said I am not the right patient for them as I am not showing psychiatric signs or anything. However I feel like they don't believe me about my problems. Everyone shows it in different ways. I feel like it is pointless going now because I don't know what will happen. What if I get worse? I was grateful to be able to talk about my problems. But I feel like I was just a pain to them. Feel like they don't care now.

Dear voicearecalling

Thank-you for your comments. I was very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the care that you received at St Johns. If you would like to contact me to tell me a little more about your experience. I would be happy to see if we could make any improvements.
