What I liked

I have just been a patient of the Urology Department for a repeat of an operation I had done privately several years previously.

K&C is comparable with any Private Hospital for care and staff quality.

Waiting times were minimal.

Due to a problem, I had to go back to A & E, again, the care was of a very high standard.

The hospital also arranged local after care, again an excellent standard.

Leave our hospitals alone, let the staff do their jobs, they know what is required more than any Government Department.

Thanks K & C, I could not have wished for better.

What could be improved

Government to stop messing about and re-organising what works!

Reduce the amount of time on staff paperwork to allow them to do the job they know, i.e. looking after people.

Paper doesn't improve patient care, staff do.
