(as the patient),

After problems of not getting to see a doctor and having to go to a walk in centre instead. I know I have to see the doctor in the next 6 weeks, and last time I was told it would be nearly 4 weeks for me to make an appointment I called today & was told that over the summer there are no appointments it is all book on the day I had also tried this and it is impossible, this surgery is an absolute disgrace

So I will probably be calling for the next 4 weeks on a daily basis on an expensive 0844 number
