The consultant and staff were very professional.

I was not offered an alternative hospital at this time, but was informed there will be approximately eighteen weeks wait before my operation date.

Dear "Darker95" Thank you for your feedback about general medicine at the Princess Royal Hospital. We are pleased to hear that you found our consultant and staff to be very professional. The local TRAQS referral service which is run by local GPs (rather than by us as the hospital) will hopefully respond to your comment about not being offered an alternative hospital.
