About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was pleased that the earliest appointment made available to me was very quick and also at my nearest hospital.

The only disadvantage was that the letter from the hospital giving me details of my visit nearly didn't arrive in time - in fact it came as I walked out to the car.

I am sorry you did not receive the hospital letter confirming your appointment details earlier, however, our letter would still have been accepted as prove of your appointment.
