What could be improved
Bells left ringing for over 30mins before nurses came to assist.

"she's only got a fractured humourus she can sit on the bed and swing her legs over"
To a lady just after her op with drain and drip who wanted assistance to the loo "can't you use your legs"
many other similar comments staff seemed totally unsympathetic. Have now nicknamed this hospital "Gloomfield"
