On my first visit, waiting time was minimal and I was seen almost to the dot of my appointed time. For my next visit, to be fitted with a brace, I was late, due to difficulty in finding a parking space. However, staff were understanding and courteous. On each occasion I was seen by a pleasant young man, who explained matters clearly. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the clinic areas and helpfulness of all those I came in contact with, including volunteers. There is not much more to say, but I have already recommended to friends to request referral to Newark should the need arise.
