Anything else?
Briefly I was staying with some friends in Norfolk for a weekend when I suffered a stone in my bile duct on the Saturday evening, excruciating pain, I was taken to A & E and then admitted to ward 5 where I stayed until the Thursday afternoon. The treatment I received was nothing less than outstanding from the admission to the discharge. So much so that I elected to return to the hospital to have my gall bladder removed. This was done on Monday the 4th November 2013, on the day keyhole surgery was not possible which was all explained to me at the pre Operation meeting and again I found myself on ward 5, I was discharged on the Wednesday following the operation. I am writing to compliment you on the excellent staff you have who all work so hard and made my stay such a good experience, despite their hard work they all had time for me and still managed to have a sense of humour as well, I cannot praise them all enough. The wards were spotless and nothing was too much trouble for them this does include the ladies who arranged my visits and were helpful knowing that I was travelling 200 miles to visit your hospital despite this being my choice. Once again please pass on my thanks to all Chris Goodwin (A very satisfied Customer)
