Had to attend ENT outpatients with a fairly minor issue of impacted ear wax that couldn't be removed with syringing due to previous problems with dizziness. The procedure was done quickly and efficiently. I was seen on the same day (huge relief as I was almost completely deaf in one ear) and the staff took the time to take a good history then ensure I was ok after the procedure. The doctor and nurse were very knowledgable and good humoured which made an uncomfortable experience almost pleasant plus I was given follow up advice to prevent a reoccurrence. Very grateful to the staff nurse on Geddington who arranged the appointment and the staff in clinic today. Can hear clearly for first time in months and the pain I have had for past few weeks has gone. Thank You
