Great support from the receptionist while waiting for my husband being assessed for treatment. Staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make things as smooth as possible. My husband felt very well looked after and his treatment for his dislocated shoulder was pretty quick. A great bunch of staff with an awesome sense of humour, made our unfortunate trip a more pleasurable one, thank you :-)
