"Time is precious"

I have been to St Mary's in Portsmouth a lot recently and although a short delay is to be expected from time to time, I was rather dismayed to be kept waiting for a whole hour before I was seen to today.

I had to leave work early to make this appointment and it's really wasting my time. I really feel for those people less fortunate than me who would have lost money from doing this.

I was also given a prescription that can only be collected from the hospital. That will be another hour I will have to waste another day because the hospital pharmacy already closed by the time I was finished with the appointment.

Please think about patient's needs and don't make it harder for us in what is usually already a worrying and difficult time. Thank you.
