I had a fall on a lorry at work, injuring my back.
Between my GP, physiotherapist and the back to action group at Whiston Hospital I have made improvement (not that I can play football again ha ha).
I still take medication and do my exercises but the help and education into how to manage my back pain has been 1st class. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
A big thank you to Dr Aslam my GP, Joe, Steph and Lorraine at physio dept Whiston Hospital.
