After finding the need to use A and E on two consecutive days and then admitted to ward 7. I can only thank the staff for their excellent work in both my personal care and all of the patients on the ward. A special thank you to the nurse on ward 7 who's care was well above the normal level you would expect. Continual asking patients if they were ok, suffering any pain, could she help, offering unsolicited advice to patients on the use of the hospitial bed when she considered thy looked uncomfortable. Interacting with patients and generally showing care and interest to help them both during their stay and a warm good bye competing that the specific condition was mentioned and it was resolved soon. T,o generic comments) Not sure what the promotion criteria is with the hospital, but she should be considered at the very earliest opportunity, we need to keep highly capable candidates in our Nhs.
