I have been admitted on two occasions as an emergency to Heartlands in the last 18 months. On each occasion the care was extremely good. The consultant was very happy to discuss my care at length and the nursing care was friendly and considerate. I watched the nurses cope with great compassion with some very ill and sometimes difficult patients . I am privately insured but these companies are quite useless in an emergency. My care could not have been better!

Thank you very much for your feedback. As you mention, the staff in A&E have to deal with sometimes very difficult situations but deal with it showing compassion and excellent care.
