About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

In early November my elderly father had a bad reaction to medication he was taking and paramedics were called and attended at 4. 15pm.

The team was id no 23397043 (Tom) and female 22447943 (name unknown). Both were thoroughly professional and very caring and kindly to my elderly parents. The family would like to acknowledge their excellent service.
