What I liked

I must point out that all medical staff brought in from over seas (nurses male and female and doctors ) brought in to fill spaces , were totally helpfull,friendly and made me feel more confident and in safe hands.I never thought I would see the day when I would feel much safer in the hands of medical staff brought from over seas.Of course there is the mature English nurses, doctors which I have no prpblem with .But the younger generation worry me very much

What could be improved

Try to teach younger male members of staff to act in a more mature nature , and not bow to name calling or mock the patients
