What I liked:

I visited the Sunderland hospital for a mouth and gum complaint recently and on my visit I found every member of staff on the relevent department very friendly and really helpful nothing was to much trouble .I was seen by the consultant and the problem was pinpointed on my first visit for the problem and I was given treatment and out of the hospital in a very short time.Well done to all staff members E.N.T.there is departments that is run, well clean and staffed by caring staff if every department could opperated in the same manner at Sunderland Royal with as much efficiency Top mark's E N T

What could be improved? Some senior members of staff need to learn manners ,and treat every patient with a little more regard, afteral we actually pay your wages
