My husband fell and broke a bone in his hand. We have just returned from Penzance A & E and were so impressed with the professionalism of the staff there that I felt I had to comment. The Staff Nurse who attended to him was so kind and sympathetic and answered all of our questions. In fact everyone in the hospital that we encountered was helpful and kind. There are so many complaints about the NHS these days but this hospital is getting it all right. Thankyou.
