What I liked
Quick diagnosis - after having being misdiagnosed by my own doctor.
The fact that I didn't have to wait too long for surgery after being admitted.
What could be improved
Communication with patients - sometimes it can feel as though you're not in the room when doctors are discussing you. More information in plain english terms - the patient isn't the expert and doesn't always know what questions to ask - information should be more forthcoming.
Cleanliness - I know that staff are rushed off their feet - however you shouldn't have to worry about what you're going to catch when you use the bathrooms/toilet.
